Super Easy Lemon Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cake

01 - 1 cup water
02 - 1 cup powdered sugar
03 - 1 (15.25 oz) box of lemon-flavored cake mix
04 - 1 cup thawed frozen lemonade concentrate
05 - 3 large eggs
06 - 1/2 cup vegetable oil

→ Lemonade Cream Cheese Frosting

07 - 1/2 cup butter, softened
08 - 8 oz package of softened cream cheese
09 - 3 tablespoons thawed frozen lemonade concentrate
10 - A dash of salt
11 - 3 to 4 cups powdered sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on and set it to 350°F.
02 - Follow the mix's directions on the box for combining the cake mix, oil, water, and eggs. Tip it all into a 9x13 pan and bake for 28-33 minutes.
03 - Once out of the oven, let the cake cool a bit for 15 minutes, then prick holes everywhere with a fork. Stir together the lemonade concentrate and powdered sugar, and pour it over the warm cake.
04 - Leave the cake to cool down completely, then pop it into the fridge for about an hour to get nice and cold.
05 - Whip the butter and cream cheese until it’s super light and airy. Slowly mix in the powdered sugar, lemonade concentrate, and a tiny bit of salt until smooth.
06 - Spread the frosting over the cold cake, cut it into squares, and enjoy!
