# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon grated fresh lime peel.
02 - 4 cups of confectioners' sugar.
03 - 1 teaspoon bottled lime juice.
04 - 4 oz of softened cream cheese.
05 - 1 tablespoon of room-temperature butter.

# Instructions:

01 - In a big bowl, stir together the softened butter, lime peel, lime juice, and cream cheese until blended smoothly.
02 - Slowly mix in the powdered sugar, about half a cup at a time, until the mixture forms a dough-like consistency that doesn't stick.
03 - Take portions of the dough and roll them into small ½-inch spheres before arranging them on a parchment-lined tray.
04 - Use the fork's prongs to gently press patterns onto each ball.
05 - Pop the tray in the fridge and leave it there for an hour. Then they're ready to eat!

# Notes:

01 - You can try swapping in other flavors with extracts for variety.
02 - Since they contain cream cheese, keep them in the fridge.
