Loaded Meatloaf Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped.
02 - 1 1/2 cups of cheddar, shredded.
03 - A pinch of salt and black pepper.
04 - 1/3 cup crispy bacon pieces.
05 - 1 beaten large egg.
06 - 1/2 cup diced white onion.
07 - 1 pound of lean beef.
08 - 1 cup of seasoned breadcrumbs.
09 - 3 cups of mashed spuds.
10 - 2 tablespoons of brown sugar.
11 - 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire liquid.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F to warm up.
02 - First, toss beef with garlic, onions, and Worcestershire. Add breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper to combine.
03 - Spread the beef mix into an 8-inch baking dish. Layer it with mashed spuds, shredded cheddar, and crumbled bacon.
04 - Pop some foil on and cook for 30 minutes. Take the foil off and bake another 10 minutes until the cheese is nice and bubbly.
