Easy Pizza Bagels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 250g shredded mozzarella
02 - 4 plain bagels

→ Sauce

03 - 1 tsp dried oregano
04 - 1 tsp garlic powder
05 - 250g tomato passata
06 - Add black pepper and sea salt to your taste

# Instructions:

01 - Split bagels into halves, then set them on a lined baking tray.
02 - Stir together passata, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat the bagel halves generously with the mix.
03 - Sprinkle the shredded cheese across the sauce-covered bagels. Add other toppings if you like.
04 - In the oven, bake for 14-16 mins at 180C. Under the grill, cook for 3-5 mins. In the air fryer, heat at 200C for 5-6 mins. Cheese should melt and turn golden.

# Notes:

01 - Store leftover bagels in the fridge with a cover for up to 3 days.
02 - Optional toppings: basil, onions, tomatoes, ham, chicken, mushrooms, bell peppers, pepperoni, or sweetcorn.
