Mint Chip Cookie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tsp mint extract.
02 - 1 cup butter, unsalted and at room temp.
03 - 2¼ cups regular flour.
04 - ¾ cup tiny chocolate chips.
05 - Green gel dye (or any food coloring).
06 - ½ tsp salt.
07 - ⅔ cup sifted powdered sugar.
08 - Extra powdered sugar to roll cookies in.

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a cookie tray and line it with parchment paper. Blend the sugar and butter together until creamy.
02 - Combine flour, salt, and mint extract till it all comes together. Add in green food dye to the color you like. Toss in mini chocolate chips and mix.
03 - Roll dough into balls (tablespoon-sized). Lay them on the tray and chill in the fridge for 30 mins.
04 - Turn oven on to 375°F. Bake for 7-8 minutes till bottoms barely start to brown. Cool on the tray for 5 mins.
05 - Coat warm cookies in powdered sugar. After they've cooled fully, cover them in another layer of powdered sugar.

# Notes:

01 - Stays fresh in a sealed container for 4 days.
02 - Freeze for as long as 3 months.
