Blueberry Mojito Mocktail (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Blueberry-Lime Sugar Syrup

01 - 1 cup water
02 - 1 cup white sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons lime juice
04 - 2 1/2 cups fresh blueberries

→ Mocktail

05 - Ice
06 - 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
07 - 10 fresh mint leaves
08 - 2-3 tablespoons blueberry-lime sugar syrup
09 - 1 mint sprig for garnish
10 - 1/2 lime, cut into small wedges
11 - 1 can club soda or sparkling water

# Instructions:

01 - Toss sugar, water, lime juice, and blueberries into a pan. Get it boiling, then turn it down to low and simmer for 20 minutes. Strain with a fine sieve and let it cool off.
02 - Grab a tall glass and mash up lime wedges with the sugar syrup. Toss in some mint leaves and gently mash them again.
03 - Dump fresh blueberries in the glass and load it up with ice. Pour in the club soda and gently swirl everything together.
04 - Clap the mint sprig between your hands to release its smell, then pop it on top as the finishing touch.
