Orange Rosemary Ice Tea (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 3 tablespoons of honey
02 - 300ml of brewed green tea made as directed on the packaging
03 - 300ml of plain water

→ Fresh Additions

04 - One medium lemon
05 - Four medium oranges (around 1 cup of their juice)
06 - 2cm chunk of ginger, peeled
07 - Three sprigs of fresh rosemary

→ To Serve

08 - Ice cubes

# Instructions:

01 - Put some water, the ginger piece, and rosemary sprigs in a pan. Heat it until it boils, then turn it off. Mix in honey until it’s fully dissolved. Leave the mixture to cool down, keeping the rosemary in it. Cover and chill in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours.
02 - Make green tea following the directions on the pack. Let it cool, then place it in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
03 - Juice the oranges and lemon. Strain out the ginger and rosemary from your water mixture. In a large mixing jar, stir together the chilled tea, citrus juices, and infused rosemary water. Adjust sweetness with more honey if you like.
04 - Add lots of ice cubes to your glasses and pour the chilled tea mixture over. Drink right away while it’s nice and cold.

01 - This light and fruity iced tea works great as a non-alcoholic drink for any gathering.
02 - Feel free to make it a day ahead—it keeps well if refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
