Parmesan Garlic Shrimp (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Marinade

01 - 1 lemon, zested
02 - 4 garlic cloves, chopped or crushed
03 - 1/2 teaspoon basil, dried
04 - 4 tablespoons olive oil (extra-virgin)
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt (kosher)
06 - 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
07 - 1/4 teaspoon pepper (freshly ground)

→ Main Ingredients

08 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
09 - 2 pounds shrimp, deveined and peeled
10 - 2 tablespoons parsley (flat Italian), finely chopped for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the olive oil, lemon zest, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil in a large plastic or glass container. Toss in the shrimp to coat everything evenly. Put plastic wrap over the top, and chill for 1 to 3 hours.
02 - Set your oven to 400°F to preheat. In the same bowl, mix the shrimp with Parmesan cheese until everything is combined.
03 - Spread the shrimp out on a large tray or a 13x9 Pyrex dish. Bake for about 8 minutes, or until they turn pink, firm, and fully cooked.
04 - Before serving, drizzle on a bit of olive oil and sprinkle over chopped parsley for a fresh touch.

# Notes:

01 - Frozen shrimp can work too. Let them defrost in the fridge overnight.
