Quick Chicken Broccoli (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1/2 medium onion, sliced into thick pieces
02 - 1/2 pound broccoli, broken into florets
03 - 1 pound chicken breast or thighs (boneless, skinless), chopped into 1-inch bits

→ Marinade

04 - 2 teaspoons honey
05 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
06 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
07 - 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
08 - 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, chopped small
09 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
10 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar (or swap for white vinegar if needed)
11 - Salt and pepper as you like
12 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or Tamari for gluten-conscious folks)
13 - 1 teaspoon hoisin sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Stir all the marinade ingredients in a bowl until it’s mixed well.
02 - Toss chicken in one bowl and broccoli with onion in another. Pour half the marinade into each bowl and toss so everything's evenly coated.
03 - Set air fryer to 380°F and let it warm up. Scatter chicken in a single layer in the basket and cook for 10 minutes.
04 - Toss the broccoli and onions in with the chicken. Air fry again for about 8-11 minutes. Stir it once halfway through and check if the chicken’s done.
