# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1/4 cup chopped green onions, for topping
02 - 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
03 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
05 - 1 ounce packet of ranch seasoning
06 - 1 cup sour cream
07 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese
08 - 1 pound sausage, ground (choose mild or spicy)

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the ground sausage in a big skillet on medium heat, breaking it apart as it browns. When it’s done, drain the grease and set it aside.
02 - Grab a big bowl and mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning together. Keep stirring until it’s nice and smooth.
03 - Stir in the sausage, shredded mozzarella, cheddar cheese, and the optional diced tomatoes. Mix everything really well.
04 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish, spread the mix evenly inside, and sprinkle on some extra cheese if you'd like.
05 - Slide the dish into the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes. The cheese on top should be melted and bubbling.
06 - Take it out of the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle on the green onions, and enjoy it while it’s still warm with chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
