Set the oven to 425°F. Line baking sheets with parchment or lightly grease them. Place tortilla scoops close to each other.

Combine the cream cheese, mozzarella, egg, sweet corn, green chiles, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until creamy.

Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each chip. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.

Bake for 13 to 15 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is melty. Serve fresh out of the oven.
