Iowa Party Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon salt.
02 - ½ cup grated parmesan cheese.
03 - ½ teaspoon black pepper.
04 - 1 can (4 oz) mild or medium green chiles.
05 - 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese.
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
07 - 1 bag (10 oz) Tostitos Scoops tortilla chips.
08 - 1 can (15 oz) sweet corn, drained.
09 - 1 softened cream cheese block (8 oz).
10 - 1 large egg.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 425°F. Line baking sheets with parchment or lightly grease them. Place tortilla scoops close to each other.
02 - Combine the cream cheese, mozzarella, egg, sweet corn, green chiles, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until creamy.
03 - Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each chip. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
04 - Bake for 13 to 15 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is melty. Serve fresh out of the oven.
