Healthy Homemade Gummies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 tablespoons honey (you can skip this if you want less sweetness)
02 - 8 teaspoons gelatin from grass-fed sources
03 - 1 cup of pure fruit juice (or mix ⅓ cup fruit juice with ⅔ cup fruit puree)

# Instructions:

01 - Take your juice and pour it into a small pot on medium-low heat. Whisk in the gelatin nonstop while it warms up. Keep going until the mixture's uniform and you don’t see any powdery bits. Don't overheat it!
02 - If using fresh fruit, blend it up until smooth. Transfer the puree into a large spouted bowl or big measuring cup. Mix in the honey now if you're using it, and stir well.
03 - Pour the warm gelatin mix into the fruit puree (if needed). Stir or whisk well until everything looks smooth and you can’t tell the separate parts apart.
04 - Place your molds on a baking tray to keep things steady. Carefully pour the mixture into silicone molds or an 8x8 glass dish. Fill gently without spilling. Freeze for 15 minutes to set.
05 - Take the molds out of the freezer and gently remove the gummies. Put them in a container and store in the fridge. They'll stay good for up to a couple of weeks.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure you have all your stuff ready to go before starting—this one comes together pretty quickly!
02 - Always try a little of the liquid before you pour it. If it doesn’t taste great now, it won’t be magically better after setting.
