Strawberry Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup pink or white sugar sprinkles or nonpareils.
02 - 18 Hershey's Strawberry Ice Cream Cone Kisses.
03 - 1 egg, large.
04 - 4 oz softened cream cheese.
05 - 16 oz Funfetti Sugar Cookie Mix.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine the cookie mix, egg, and cream cheese with a mixer into a soft dough.
03 - Roll 1½ tablespoon-sized balls of dough into sugar sprinkles or nonpareils. Dough too sticky? Chill it for an hour first.
04 - Spread dough balls 1½ inches apart on the baking sheet. Bake for about 8 to 12 minutes, just until the edges look done.
05 - After pulling the cookies out of the oven, let them sit 3-5 minutes. Push one Strawberry Kiss into the middle of each cookie.
06 - Let cookies sit on a rack until they're cool all the way or serve them warm if you'd like.

# Notes:

01 - Wait until cookies are fully cooled before storing so the kisses keep their shape.
02 - How much the kisses melt depends on cooling time.
