Crock Pot Meatballs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 garlic cloves.
02 - 20 oz can of drained pineapple chunks.
03 - 1/4 cup brown sugar crystals.
04 - 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger.
05 - 3 pounds of frozen meatballs.
06 - Chopped chives for sprinkling, about 2 tablespoons.
07 - 1/4 cup of rice vinegar.
08 - 2 cups of barbecue sauce.
09 - 1/4 cup soy sauce.

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the pineapple and frozen meatballs into the slow cooker.
02 - Combine the brown sugar, BBQ sauce, vinegar, and soy sauce in a mixing bowl.
03 - Whisk in the grated garlic and ginger until smooth.
04 - Pour the mixture over the meatballs and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours.
05 - Before serving, sprinkle chives on top for a fresh finish.

# Notes:

01 - Swap fresh ginger with dried ginger powder if needed.
02 - Apple cider vinegar works as a good substitute.
03 - You can enjoy it as a snack or a meal.
