Swiss Mushroom Burger (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Mushroom Mix

01 - 2 tbsp of butter
02 - 1 small onion, sliced very thin
03 - 8 oz of mushrooms, cut into slices
04 - 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
05 - Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp
06 - Season with salt and pepper to taste

→ Burger Meat

07 - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
08 - 80/20 ground beef, 1 lb
09 - 1 tbsp of steak seasoning

→ Extras

10 - Swiss cheese, 4 slices
11 - 4 burger buns
12 - Optional: lettuce, mayo, mustard, or tomato

# Instructions:

01 - Melt butter in a pan. Cook the onions and mushrooms, stirring occasionally, for around 8-10 minutes. Mix in the garlic and Worcestershire sauce, then cook for 1 more minute.
02 - Combine the beef with the seasonings by hand. Shape the mixture into four even patties.
03 - Grill the patties for about 3-5 minutes on each side. Near the end, add Swiss cheese on top and cover briefly so it melts.
04 - Toast your buns lightly, then layer on the patty with cheese, mushroom mix, and any extras you enjoy.

01 - Try soft potato rolls or brioche buns for the best taste.
