Thick Hot Chocolate (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 60g (2.1 oz) high-quality dark chocolate (72% cocoa content)
02 - 1 1/2 cups and 2 tablespoons of your favorite milk (like almond or soy)
03 - 1 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
04 - 3 tsp cornstarch
05 - Tiny pinch of salt
06 - Optional: Add a bit of sugar if desired

# Instructions:

01 - Combine 2 tablespoons of milk with the cornstarch. Stir until smooth and lump-free.
02 - Warm up the rest of the milk over gentle heat. Toss in the chocolate pieces and whisk until they're completely melted.
03 - Mix in cocoa powder and a pinch of salt. If you like it sweeter, stir in some sugar.
04 - Slowly pour the cornstarch mix into the pot. Stir non-stop until it thickens.
05 - Pour into mugs and serve nice and hot.
