Hershey Kiss Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup peanut butter.
02 - 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter.
03 - 1/2 cup light brown sugar.
04 - 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon white sugar.
05 - 1 large egg.
06 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract.
07 - 1 teaspoon fine salt.
08 - 1 teaspoon baking powder.
09 - 1 1/3 cups plain flour.
10 - 60 Chocolate Kisses, unwrapped.

# Instructions:

01 - Fire up your oven to 350°F and lay parchment paper on your baking tray.
02 - Grab a whisk and stir the flour, salt, and baking powder together until blended.
03 - Beat butter, peanut butter, and sugars until smooth. Toss in the egg and vanilla, mixing it all together.
04 - Stir the dry mix into the wet stuff on a low setting just until it all sticks together.
05 - Roll small spoonfuls of dough into little balls and space them an inch apart on the tray.
06 - Pop them in the oven for 10 minutes.
07 - Gently press a Kiss into the middle of each hot cookie.
08 - Wait about 5–10 minutes so they cool a bit before you enjoy them.

# Notes:

01 - Yields roughly 50 cookies.
02 - Make sure to unwrap those Kisses first!
03 - Put the Kisses on while the cookies are still hot.
