Easy Tortellini Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 9 oz of tortellini pasta.
02 - 1 pack of marinated mozzarella with its oil.
03 - 1 cup diced Italian salami.
04 - 1 cup of halved grape tomatoes.
05 - Fresh basil as you prefer.
06 - Salt, as much or little as you like.

# Instructions:

01 - Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil and add a generous pinch of salt.
02 - Add the tortellini and cook until it's soft and floating.
03 - Strain the pasta and stir it together with the mozzarella (include the oil), salami, tomatoes, basil, and your salt.
04 - Give everything a good toss and enjoy your dish.

# Notes:

01 - The oil from the mozzarella works great as a dressing.
02 - Keeps well in the fridge for 3 to 4 days.
03 - You can serve it chilled or let it reach room temp.
