Tucci's Grilled Sandwich (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Butter for spreading on bread
02 - 2 slices of crusty bread or sourdough

→ Fillings

03 - 3 slices of prosciutto
04 - 1 handful of shredded cheese (cheddar, gruyere, or mozzarella)
05 - Salt and pepper for seasoning
06 - Half a ball of fresh mozzarella cheese
07 - A couple of fresh basil leaves (4-5)
08 - 2 tablespoons of basil pesto

# Instructions:

01 - Spread butter on one side of both bread slices. Warm up your pan on low to medium heat.
02 - Place shredded cheese, prosciutto slices, mozzarella, basil pesto, and basil leaves on the dry side of one slice. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on top.
03 - Put the second slice on top with the buttered part facing outward.
04 - Toast each side for about 5 minutes. Flip when the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.

# Notes:

01 - Use any meltable cheese you have at home.
02 - Combining grated and fresh cheese makes it creamier and richer.
