White Chicken Chili (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 chicken breasts.
02 - 3/4 teaspoon salt.
03 - 2-3 teaspoons chili powder.
04 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened.
05 - 19 oz white kidney beans, drained.
06 - 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth.
07 - 1 medium onion, chopped.
08 - 4.3 oz green chiles.
09 - 12 oz corn, drained.
10 - Cornstarch mixed with water for thickening.

# Instructions:

01 - Toss onion, beans, corn, chicken broth, green chiles, and spices into the pot.
02 - Nestle the chicken pieces right into the mixture and press them down gently.
03 - Set to high pressure for 10 minutes and let it naturally release for another 10.
04 - Take the chicken out, shred it up, and add it back into the pot.
05 - Mix in pieces of cream cheese to melt and stir. Use thickener if you want it heartier.
