Greek Yogurt Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1 cup vanilla yogurt (low fat or non-fat)
02 - ½ teaspoon baking soda
03 - ½ cup cocoa powder
04 - ¾ cup all-purpose flour (use gluten-free if necessary)
05 - ½ cup sugar (white, brown, or substitute)
06 - ½ cup milk of your choice
07 - ½ cup chopped chocolate

08 - 1 cup chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 350°F and lay parchment paper in an 8x8-inch baking dish.
02 - Heat up the chocolate until melted, then let it cool for a minute or two. Stir in the yogurt and sugar until completely blended.
03 - Start with the flour, cocoa, and baking soda. Stir lightly until it comes together, then mix in the milk. If you like, fold in the chocolate chips last.
04 - Spread the batter into your prepared dish and bake for about 25-30 minutes. A toothpick should come out just barely clean.
05 - Leave in the pan for 10 minutes to set, then move it to a cooling rack to finish cooling completely.

01 - Stays fresh in a container at room temperature for around 5 days
02 - Freezable for up to half a year
03 - Placing a paper towel in the storage container helps keep it moist
