Heat up the chocolate until melted, then let it cool for a minute or two. Stir in the yogurt and sugar until completely blended.

Start with the flour, cocoa, and baking soda. Stir lightly until it comes together, then mix in the milk. If you like, fold in the chocolate chips last.
