Pour milk into a pan, warming it on medium heat while stirring now and then until you see steam. Take it off the heat.

Add the cocoa powder and Biscoff spread, whisking until they’re fully mixed.

Place the pan back on the heat, warming it until it begins to steam and a few bubbles appear.

Transfer the drink to a mug. You can add whipped cream, crushed cookies, or a drizzle of Biscoff on top, if you’d like.
