Creamy Garlic Sauce

3-4 tablespoons flour

1 1/2 cups milk or half-and-half

4 minced garlic cloves

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1/4 teaspoon of salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon oregano, dried
# Instructions:

Warm olive oil in a pan over medium to high heat.

Toss in the garlic and cook for about 3 minutes until it smells great.

Blend in flour (start with 2 tablespoons), salt, oregano, and pepper with a whisk.

Pour in all the milk or half-and-half in one go. Stir constantly while cooking for around 3 minutes until the sauce bubbles and thickens.

To make a thicker sauce, combine milk with extra flour to make a paste, then whisk it into the sauce while it's bubbling.

Great as a topping for pasta, pizza, or other dishes.
