Creamy Garlic Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 3-4 tablespoons flour
02 - 1 1/2 cups milk or half-and-half
03 - 4 minced garlic cloves
04 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil

→ Spices

05 - 1/4 teaspoon of salt
06 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
07 - 1/4 teaspoon oregano, dried

# Instructions:

01 - Warm olive oil in a pan over medium to high heat.
02 - Toss in the garlic and cook for about 3 minutes until it smells great.
03 - Blend in flour (start with 2 tablespoons), salt, oregano, and pepper with a whisk.
04 - Pour in all the milk or half-and-half in one go. Stir constantly while cooking for around 3 minutes until the sauce bubbles and thickens.

# Notes:

01 - To make a thicker sauce, combine milk with extra flour to make a paste, then whisk it into the sauce while it's bubbling.
02 - Great as a topping for pasta, pizza, or other dishes.
