Light Cottage Cloud Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
02 - 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
03 - 1/2 cup cottage cheese, blended smooth
04 - 3 large eggs, yolks and whites split

→ Optional Ingredients

05 - 1 teaspoon honey or your favorite sweetener
06 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 300°F (150°C) and cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Split the egg whites and yolks into two different bowls, doing it carefully.
03 - Toss cream of tartar into your egg whites and whip until stiff peaks hold firm.
04 - Stir together egg yolks, blended cottage cheese, salt, and any extras you’re using until smooth.
05 - Little by little, gently mix the whipped egg whites into the yolk blend, keeping it fluffy.
06 - Dollop the mixture onto the lined tray to make 6-8 rounds. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden. Let cool fully before enjoying.
