# Ingredients:

01 - 1½ green apples, cut into slices
02 - 2 cups diced fresh pineapple
03 - 2-3 big celery stalks, chopped up
04 - 2 limes, freshly squeezed
05 - 2 kiwis, peeled and cut into rounds
06 - ½ cucumber, thinly sliced
07 - ½ cup parsley, finely chopped
08 - 1 piece of ginger, unpeeled
09 - 2 large handfuls of mixed greens like spring mix or kale

→ Liquids

10 - 5 cups coconut water (add more if needed while blending)

# Instructions:

01 - Slice, dice, and prep everything, putting each ingredient aside once done.
02 - Toss all your prepped items into a blender and run it until the mixture’s smooth.
03 - Using a fine sieve, strain the blended mixture in small amounts. Press down to get all the liquid out.
04 - Pour the liquid into airtight containers like glass bottles or a sealed pitcher. Keep it in the fridge for up to 14 days.
