Sweet Spicy Mango Dressing (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fruits & Juices

01 - 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
02 - 1/4 cup squeezed lime juice (from about 2 medium limes)
03 - 1 large mango, ripe, peeled and cut into chunks

→ Spices & Aromatics

04 - 1 clove garlic
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
07 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
08 - 2 tablespoons natural honey

→ Fresh Toppings

09 - 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
10 - 1 tablespoon minced medium chili (like Fresno or jalapeño)

→ Oils

11 - 1/3 cup high-quality extra virgin olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Pop mango, lime juice, orange juice, honey, cumin, garlic, and salt into a blender. Blend on medium till smooth. Pour into a jar just big enough to hold it all.
02 - Slowly pour in the oil while using a fork or tiny whisk to keep stirring the mixture.
03 - Add minced chili pepper, cilantro, and black pepper. Taste it—add more salt if you'd like.
04 - Keep in the fridge for up to a week. Give it a good shake before pouring it out.
