Pizza Roll Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough Essentials

01 - A tube of chilled pizza dough (10-11 oz or 280-320 grams)
02 - Some olive oil for brushing on top

→ Sauce & Cheeses

03 - 1/2 cup of your go-to pizza sauce, whether homemade or store-bought
04 - 1 cup of fresh mozzarella, shredded
05 - 1/4 cup of freshly shredded Parmesan cheese

→ Toppings & Herbs

06 - 1/4 cup of diced pepperoni or toppings you love most
07 - A teaspoon of oregano, dried
08 - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder for flavor

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to the temperature mentioned on the pizza dough instructions. Warm it up for baking time.
02 - Dust your counter with a little flour and roll the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. This will be your base.
03 - Spread the pizza sauce over the dough but leave a border around the edges. This keeps it sealed when rolled up.
04 - Add the mozzarella, Parmesan, pepperoni, oregano, and garlic powder on top of the sauce. Customize with your favorite extras if you'd like!
05 - Starting from one of the long sides, roll the dough carefully into a log. Keep it snug so everything stays inside.
06 - Use a sharp knife to slice the log into roughly 1-inch sections. Each piece should look like a little pinwheel.
07 - Place the spirals on a parchment-lined or greased baking tray. Make sure they’re spaced slightly apart so they won’t stick together.
08 - Lightly coat the tops with a bit of olive oil. This will give them a golden, crispy crust.
09 - Place the tray in the oven for around 12-15 minutes. They’re ready when they’re golden brown and the cheesy filling is bubbling.
10 - Let the rolls cool for a few minutes before serving. Dip them in warm pizza sauce for an extra treat!
