Homemade Tartar Sauce (Print Version)

01 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly cracked
02 - 2 tablespoons onion, minced (optional)
03 - 1 teaspoon sugar
04 - 1 cup mayo, the real kind
05 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
06 - 1 cup dill pickles, chopped into small pieces
07 - 1 tablespoon fresh (or frozen) dill or minced parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Dump all the ingredients into a mixing bowl, then stir until you’ve got a smooth mixture.
02 - If needed, mix in more pickles or splash in a bit more lemon juice to match your taste.
