Velvet Cheesecake Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Red Velvet Crumb

01 - 1 packet red velvet cake mix
02 - What you need based on the cake mix box instructions

→ Cream Cheese Filling

03 - 16 oz cream cheese, softened
04 - 4 tbsp butter, softened
05 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
06 - 2 cups crushed graham crackers
07 - 1 tsp vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 350°F, then prepare and bake the red velvet cake as the package directs. Allow it to cool entirely.
02 - Take the cooled cake and crumble it until it looks like coarse sand. If it's sticky, bake the pieces at 350°F for 5–6 minutes to dry out.
03 - Whip cream cheese, butter, and sugar until it's fluffy. Stir in vanilla and graham cracker crumbs until blended.
04 - Grab the filling with a 2 tsp scoop, roll into balls, and place them on a lined tray. Let them chill in the fridge for an hour.
05 - Roll the chilled balls in the red velvet crumbs until they're completely covered. Adjust their shape as needed.
