Detailed Making Guide

Getting Ready (10 minutes):
Clean all your fruits well. Take the skin off ginger and chop it small. Cut up apples and toss the cores. Slice strawberries and oranges into quarters. Get your spices and add-ins measured out.
Mixing It Up (5 minutes):
Put tougher items in your blender first. Toss in softer fruits bit by bit. Mix until it's totally smooth. Add some water if it's too thick.
Getting The Juice (10 minutes):
Pour through a fine strainer. Push down lightly with a spoon. Catch the liquid in a clean container. Don't push too hard on the pulp.
Putting In Bottles (5 minutes):
Find some clean 2-oz containers. Fill them almost to the top. Seal them right away. Write the date on them.

When I started making these, I learned that adding just a tiny bit of black pepper helps your body use the turmeric and other good stuff much better.

Wrapping Up: These power shots changed how I start my mornings, letting me ditch my coffee habit for pure, natural energy. If you want better focus, stronger immunity, or just a healthy kickstart to your day, these little shots pack big benefits in a tasty, simple package.

Ingredients

→ Ginseng Apple Energy Drink

01 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
02 1/3 cup fresh blackberry puree or juice
03 1/3 cup fresh blueberries, juiced or blended
04 1/4 cup ginseng drink (or mix 1/2 teaspoon ginseng extract with 1/4 cup water)
05 2 green apples – blend them or make juice
06 1/3 cup raspberry juice or blended raspberries
07 1 cup water

→ Orange Ginger Strawberry Boost

08 1 teaspoon cayenne powder
09 1.5 cups water
10 1/4 cup honey (optional if you want it sweeter)
11 2 oranges, juiced or pureed
12 2.5 ounces fresh ginger root, juiced or pureed
13 1/2 cup chopped strawberries, then blended or juiced

Instructions

Step 01

Use 1/2 cup water to puree apples until they're like soft applesauce. Scoop into a bowl.

Step 02

Combine the berry purees, ginseng (or its mix), and cinnamon in your blender. Add the softened applesauce to the blender, and mix until silky.

Step 03

Push the mixture through a mesh strainer into a bowl. Stir it well to let all the liquid seep through. Mix in 1 cup of water.

Step 04

Pour the final mixture into small 2-ounce containers. This should make 10 to 12 servings.

Step 05

Toss oranges, ginger, strawberries, cayenne, and 1 cup of water into your blender. If your blender’s small, combine fruits with just half the water at first. Then throw in ginger, cayenne, and the other half.

Step 06

Use a sieve to strain the mixture and remove the pulp. Stir in the leftover 1/2 cup water. Add honey now if you’d like, and give it a good mix.

Step 07

Divide the spicy mix into small 2-ounce containers. You’ll end up with 10 to 15 servings.

Notes

  1. These two different energy drinks give you a boost: Ginseng Apple Berry to focus, and Strawberry Orange Ginger to support immunity and your energy.
  2. The ginger-based version is spicy thanks to the cayenne and ginger, so feel free to add honey for a milder taste.
